Integrity Welding Services is owned and operated by Off-Duty Firemen. We believe in doing things right the first time and pride ourselves in excellent customer service. We are a custom builder and can build anything to fit your exact needs. We will be responsible for every aspect of your project from start to finish. Unlike our competitors who use kits, you will not be responsible of delivery of material, damaged material, material shortage, or any other issues that may arise during the process (ie project coming in over budget, etc). We guarantee your experience with us to be enjoyable and free of headaches. Give us a chance to win your business and you will not be disappointed.

Our standard building package offers more features and is more bang for your dollar than our competitor’s packages. It includes:

  • 30YR WARRANTY PBR 26ga PAINTED (not galvalume) sheet metal (light stone, light grey, tan and white) walls and roof
  • Contrasting color of your choice for the trim
  • Die formed ridge cap
  • Structural is 100% welded out (absolutely no bolts)
  • Open span 3/12 pitch
  • (1) 3x7 steel walk through door with lockset
  • (1) 10x10 commercial grade sectional door with commercial grade Liftmaster Opener
  • We coordinate everything (all materials ordered, delivery of material, concrete, etc)
  • 1 YR WARRANTY on structural (excludes acts of nature)
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing rough out
  • Spray foam insulation (closed cell)

We highly recommend using spray foam to insulate a building over standard bat insulation. This is for several reasons. Benefits of closed cell spray foam over bat insulation include:

  • Spray foam adds significant strength to the building. Bat insulation weakens the structural integrity of the building. Bat insulation goes in between the structural part of the building and the sheet metal. It is compressed significantly and reduces the air space everywhere screws are used to attach the sheet metal. This is what you want to avoid in order to maximize efficiency with insulation. Bat insulation will also compress over time. When this happens the sheet metal is no longer tight against the structural members, creating a greater opportunity for the screws to shear during high winds.
  • Spray foam can be done at any time, whereas the bat insulation has to be done when the building is built.
  • Spray foam does a better job of insulating vs bat insulation.
  • Spray foam creates an additional waterproof barrier.

It is always more cost effective to add height to the sidewall vs increasing the foot print of the building to gain more useable space. Two of the major costs associated with metal buildings are the roof and the concrete. If these remain the same, adding height to the side wall the best bang for your dollar to add useable space. The price of the added height will be on a linear foot basis depending on how much added height is desired. Give us a call and we can give you a price for your specific need.

Our standard sectional door is a commercial grade 10x10. We always recommend having as much door opening as possible on the main entry wall of the building. This allows you to get the most usable space from your building. This will all be dictated by your specific use of the building. Give us a call and we can give recommendations according to your needs.

Completion time of the project depends on many factors. These include elevation challenges of building site, weather, building size, number of framed openings, etc. Once we have the concrete slab finished, in most scenarios, we will have the building completed within 1 to 2 weeks.

Our standard pricing includes light stone, light grey, tan, and white 26 ga PBR panel. We have over 30 additional color options to choose from.

We do not recommend using galvalume sheet metal over painted sheet metal. This is for several reasons. Most galvalume sheet metal is 29 ga, which is thinner than the 26 ga painted sheet metal. This makes the roof weaker, which is the exact opposite of what the roof should be. The roof needs to be as strong as possible to with stand the snow loads, etc. After a few years of harsh weather there will be some sagging with the 29 ga galvalume sheet metal. The UV light from the sun will break down the clear coat on the galvalume and it becomes cloudy and chalky in appearance. You will see this on any roof that has more than a 2/12 pitch. It is simply not worth the few hundred dollars in savings to install a galvalume roof vs our standard painted 26ga roof.

I found their crews to be friendly, competent and very professional in the quality of work they performed. I would highly recommend Integrity Welding for anyone considering putting in a shop/outbuilding or general welding and I hope to use them again in the future, Thanks Jason and Philip for all you did to help me out of a bad situation.
Integrity Welding gets 5 STARS out of 5. Great job guys, you are the best!!!!!
